Aims and scope

The aim of the South Asian Human Resource Journal is to provide up-to-date, in-depth examinations of the latest advances in the field of human resource management. Each quarterly volume features critical and potentially provocative research reviews written by leading scholars exploring an assortment of research topics. The journal articles summarize and/or challenge established assumptions and concepts, pinpoint problems and factual errors, inspire discussions, and illuminate possible opportunities for further study. The journal aims to publish research that is geared toward academic scholars and professionals in the field of management including organizational psychology, organizational behavior, and industrial relations and development.
